Sport

  Students of Primary school “Lyuben Karavelov” participate in many sports events. Coach and teacher, Mr. Panayotov teaches them to have a competitive spirit and the rules of the fair play. Students improve their abilities in sport games, volleyball, basketball, football.

  By the end of each school year, sports tournaments held in the respective discipline. The team participating in athletics: Damyan Donev, Ivelin Stoyanov, Yordan Shterev, Maria Stoyanova, Evgenia Nikova, Ana Eneva. The boys got 2 and 5 prizes, the girls – 3, 5 and 6 prizes in the long-distance race on the occasion of the Feast of Nova Zagora.

Our sports talents are Damyan Stefanov – 4b with second blue belt in karate, First prize in the Republican championship in Veloko Tarnovo 2007  lightweight; a total of 7 medals including 4 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze.

  Ivaylo Petrov plays tennis. He got 1 gold and 2 bronze medals. He got the first prize in the competition on occasion of the Feast of Nova Zagora.

  Ani Encheva Eneva (athletics) – 5 place in the municipal race; she plays volleyball and she got gold medal in the competition in Ihtiman.
